Direct OEM replacement flow control stop for Duotronic Injector, Duotronic 2, and Duotronic 3 embalming machines.
This small component fits between the flow-control knob and the machine and helps maintain the proper stopping points of the flow valve in the fully OPEN and CLOSED positions.
A common symptom of a worn or bent flow control stop is a flow knob that continues rotating past its normal stopping point. For example, the control may continue turning past OFF until flow begins opening again, or continue past fully OPEN until flow begins decreasing again.
A worn flow control stop is one possible cause of this condition. Similar symptoms can also be caused by problems within the flow valve assembly itself, so replacement of this part does not guarantee correction of every flow-control issue.
Flow valve knob is not included. Any knob shown in the product photos is provided only to illustrate the location and function of the flow control stop.
This component is inspected by Cantrell’s during routine embalming-machine service and is also available individually for customers who wish to replace the part themselves.
