REAL WORLD EXAMPLES

WE FIND IT. WE FIX IT. WE KEEP YOU OPERATING.

More than 36 years in the field has shown us how quickly small issues can turn into expensive repairs and unexpected downtime. Below are real examples of equipment serviced by Cantrell's technicians—showing the kinds of problems routine inspections can identify before they become major failures.

Every image below is of actual equipment serviced by Cantrell's technicians in the field.

REAL CUSTOMER EXAMPLE

During a routine preventative maintenance inspection, our technician discovered severe wear on the bronze worm gear inside this Frigid lowering device.

The customer had only noticed a slight "catch" during lowering and had no indication that an internal component was nearing failure.

Because this issue was identified early, the gear was replaced on-site the same day & before the lowering device experienced an unexpected breakdown or was taken out of service.

Unexpected equipment failure.

Routine preventative maintenance allows worn components like this to be identified and replaced before they cause unexpected equipment failure, expensive repairs, or service interruptions.

This component was discovered during our first preventative maintenance inspection for a new client. It was replaced before it failed during a graveside service, and the customer is now enrolled in the Cantrell Equipment Care Program™ to help identify future issues before they become costly failures.

REAL CUSTOMER EXAMPLE

During a routine preventative maintenance inspection on a Duotronic Embalming Machine, our technician discovered severe wear and leakage from this pump.

The customer had only noticed a slight loss of pressure and flow. The customer had no indication the pump was nearing complete failure.

Because the issue was identified early, the pump was replaced before the machine became inoperable.
