REAL CUSTOMER EXAMPLE
During a routine preventative maintenance inspection, our technician discovered severe wear on the bronze worm gear inside this Frigid lowering device.
The customer had only noticed a slight "catch" during lowering and had no indication that an internal component was nearing failure.

Because this issue was identified early, the gear was replaced on-site the same day & before the lowering device experienced an unexpected breakdown or was taken out of service.

It was replaced before it failed during a graveside service, and the customer is now enrolled in the Cantrell Equipment Care Program™ to help identify future issues before they become costly failures.
